The Gaia Espresso product is a blend of Robusta Di Linh and Arabica Cau Dat that specifically craft to meet the needs and preferences of modern coffee shops and lovers of Italian coffee. The beans are Honey processed and Dark roasted to perfection, then after being ground, tightly pressed into the portafilter and soaked in high-pressure hot water, will produce a chocolate-concentrated espresso shot with a beautiful crema layer on top. From this single shot of espresso, baristas can transform into a variety of different coffee recipes from the popular like Latte, Cappuccino, Americano to the specialty like Flat White of Australia or Turkish Coffee of Turkey.
The espresso machine is created and standardized for the espresso extraction process as short as 30 seconds. Therefore, if the coffee beans are either flavored with additives, or not fresh, blended with the wrong ratio, or in wrong grind sizes, they not only will produce a very bad tasting cup of coffee, but also reduces the machine lifetime.
