Gaia partners with Vietnam's premium coffee-growing regions including Gia Lai, Dak Nong, Dak Lak, and Lam Dong.

Each region is cultivated at suitable altitude and soil conditions, intercropped for biodiversity.

Coffee is entirely hand-picked, red cherry stage to ensure the highest quality.

FARM

After harvest, coffee is deeply processed right at the origin.

Gaia applies diverse processing methods depending on each coffee type (honey, natural, dry, and washed).

Each bean follows nature's rhythm, undergoes controlled processing, and is carefully dried to preserve full flavor.

PROCESS

At Gaia Café Roastery, we select a dedicated roast profile for each bean type to preserve the distinctive natural flavors of Vietnamese coffee. The roasting process is fully monitored by a digital system, precisely controlling roast curves and bean temperature in every batch.

Everything is carried out manually with flexible scale, production date clearly labeled on each package, ensuring freshly roasted coffee every day.

Custom-ground roasted coffee with diverse flavor profiles: from everyday Vietnamese milk coffee style to refined specialty pour-over experiences.
